Hello. This is a beautiful course. Perhaps I missed it somewhere in the teaching, but how do you measure brix? I see “llegar a 63 brix”. How do we do this? I have a refractometer. What should I do?

You can mesure with a refractometer!
You have to place a sample on the platform to measure the amount of sugar in your item.
