Different temperatures

In Elaboration of the base of the tart of the sweet Tarta de yuzu, Opalys and lemon, the Chef says that it should be baked at 160 C for 10 minutes. The recipe says “Cut circular bases and strips to line 9 cm tart rings. Bake at 160 C (320 F) for 20 minutes”. different temperatures


I checked the recipe and the temperature is correct but the times in the recipe pdf and video are different.
